We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it really convenient for dinner and entertainment. We were able to explore the vibrant district nearby and try out some amazing local restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy, we had a great night's sleep!

The only minor issue we experienced was that one of the elevators was not working during our stay. This meant that we sometimes had to wait a little longer to catch it, but it didn't really bother us.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants. Comfortable bed. Only one elevator was working, resulting in up to 10-minute waits. Reports of a broken elevator for over a week. Limited towels in the bedroom. Check-out process took about 20 minutes, with only one staff member on a Sunday.

The room was large, our beds were exceptionally comfortable. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Centro.

Had a great stay at Courtyard in Chihuahua for 3 nights. The hotel's perfect location made it easy to explore the area on foot, with several restaurants within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay.

The hotel is new and has many amenities that made my city break a true pleasure. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Two complementary facts offered were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Key location facts, such as being in a safe area and close to everything, made getting around the city easy. I also enjoyed the option of having a great bar and restaurant on site, which made for a lovely evening.

The swimming pool was not properly maintained during my stay, and it was not possible to use it. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not always timely, and we had to ask several times for fresh towels and toilet paper.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Chihuahua and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. We loved that there was a pub right across the street, making it easy to grab a drink. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

One downside was that the pool was closed, despite being advertised as open.
